A very warm welcome to you all to our first post in 2021!
Last year has definitely been extraordinary in every way; restricted social contact, cancelled travel plans, closed entertainment and gastronomy arenas, or sadly, illness. We hope you came out of 2020 with the least damage possible – on the contrary, we hope the crazy time brought you revised perspective, reorganized priorities, and renewed gratitude for the little things. We send you our deepest sympathy if your health was affected or you lost a loved one.
Today we bring you a familiar voice to many sympathizers and practitioners of regenerative agriculture in Germany.
He has been in the field of regenerative agriculture since 2013. His peers regard him with respect and admire his work. We are very proud and excited to present to you the first episode in season 2 of The Mitti Podcast, with our guest Urs Mauk – a trained vegetable gardener with a degree in organic agricultural science, a regenerative agriculture consultant and a workshop leader in themes such as market gardening, mulching, composting and permaculture design, to name just a few.
Tune in to our podcast and listen to his reflections on the development of the regenerative movement in Germany, the hurdles of EU policies that challenge its growth, and Urs’ exciting upcoming projects. If you would like to know more about Urs’ work, visit his website at relavisio.de.
Enjoy the episode, and see you next time 🙂
